Val is Back; 2017 expected to be a Carnival with a Difference

Carnival Project Consultant at the Dominica Festiavl Committee, Val Cuffy believes the partnership with the other villages around Dominica for Carnival 2017 will set this year’s carnival celebration apart from previous years.

Cuffy says different aspects of Carnival in the out districts wil form part of the opening parade on Saturday and Carnival Monday and Tuesday.

Cuffy spoke with DBS news this afternoon and did not wish to address issues which led to him walking out of the DFC earlier Friday Morning.

Meantime, the carnival activities begin tonight with the international artiste night at the Eddie Andre Festival City.

Reggae Star Daville, Soca artiste Ricardo Due, Asa Bantan, Colton T and the Signal Band are down to perform at tonight’s event.
