Secretary General of the Water Front and Allied Workers Union, Kertiste Augustus is calling on the Labour Ministry to show more urgency with disputes brought before them.
Mr. Augustus says there are a number of outstanding matters between employers and the trade union which need to be addressed.
The latest is a situation involving the dismissal of 3 employees at the First Caribbean international bank in March of 2016, which is yet to be heard.
Augustus says the Union is also concerned with the level of priority some lawyers give to tribunals.
Meantime Labour Minister Rayburn Blackmoore says he will address the matter on Tuesday.
