Dominican cyclist Ajani Casimir believes the limited number of races on island could be a deterrent towards attracting young people to the sport.
The 16-year-old is coming off a win in Martinique at the Les Trois Marches which is a series of 3 races that took place over 4 months on the island.
Casimir who walked away with a prize trip to France believes there needs to be more organized races on island.
And Treasurer of the Dominica Cycling Association Dr. Barry Casimir outlined plans to address some of the challenges brought up by the young Casimir.
Dr. Casimir is also the father of Ajani Casimir.
