Director General of the Dominica Red Cross Society Sandra Charter-Rolle has described 2024 as a successful year for the organization.
Charter-Rolle says the organization was able to strengthen resilience among vulnerable communities throughout Dominica.
Meantime she says a significant achievement of the organization is the establishment of a new Red Cross branch in the Kalinago territory.
