300 individuals will be conferred with degrees from the Dominica State College (DSC) when its 23rd Commencement Ceremony convenes next month.
A special Honors Ceremony will also be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at the Goodwill Parish Hall to recognize outstanding academic achievement ahead of the commencement ceremony.
