A 21 year-old from Grand Bay Harold Harris Henry has been remanded into custody at the Dominica State Prison after being charged with the murder of Lee Joshua Leslie.
Leslie was gunned down earlier this month in Grandbay.
Henry surrendered to law enforcement earlier this week, and appeared before the Roseau Magistrate Court on Thursday where the charge was read to him.
