Thirty-two-year-old AL-JAI LIVERPOOL has been charged with the murder of an 83-year-old man who was discovered in a manhole near MINIYAS 7-11 in Canefield.
The accused has been remanded into custody at the state prison following his appearance at the Roseau magistrates’ court
