The development of beach volleyball takes center stage as some 12 Dominicans participate in a series of ECVA Beach Volleyball Development Programmes starting today in St Kitts.
Omari Hilaire and Zahidu Henry will attend the FIVB Beach Volleyball Coaching Course for new coaches, while Yahn Florent and Ray Robinson will participate in advanced coaching sessions for experienced coaches.
Beach volleyball players Caiston Anthony, Tahj Jno. Jules, Ciera Kita Frederick and Delila Daniel will take part in a high-performance beach volleyball training camp during the same period.
On the officiating side, Kaya Cuffy and Yackim Jno. Baptiste have been selected for the National Referees Course.
Dominica’s F.I.V.B Referee Julian Seraphine will serve as one of the course instructors.
Sidney John has also been nominated to participate in the NORCECA Continental International Referees Course.
