A 35-year-old expecting mother of Goodhope who resides in Grandford is Dominica’s first blast progressive Jackpot winner for 2025.
The Dominica National Lottery presented over one Hundred and Eighty-three thousand dollars to Kiyamda Toussaint George this morning.
Toussaint George says she is hoping to use these funds to further her education and plan for her newborn baby.
