A 9-member jury made up of 5 men and four women was directed to return a guilty verdict against a Cochrane man.
Geovani Vaughn Benoit Garraway was on trial this week, charged with causing the 2018 death of 10-year-old Natalia Mathew at Bath Estate by dangerous driving.
On the third day of the trial Garraway changed his plea to guilty.
