A Bill for an Act to establish a Sperm Whale Reserve in Dominica will go back to further consultation.
The legislation was set to be tabled in the Dominica Parliament today.
However, Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says the Ministry of the Blue and Green Economy will meet and discuss with stakeholders before the second and third readings of the Bill.
