Minister of State in the Ministry of Labour, Public Service Reform, Social Partnership and Small Business Development Daren Pinard says there is a need for significant investments in the island’s Fisheries Sector.
His remarks came at the annual OECS Blue Economy Investor roundtable discussion in St. Lucia.
Pinard says the Government of Dominica is committed to introducing new legislations and frameworks to ensure the development of the country’s Maritime Industry.
