Manager of Sagicor Life Inc. Dominica Mrs. Cheryl Lander-Rolle has called for legislation to discourage littering on island.
Her call came on the Connecting the Dots Program on DBS Radio.
Mrs. Rolle, an outstanding insurance representative for over 40 years, received a Meritorious Service Award at the Independence Day ceremony this year.
