General Manager of the Dominica Solid Waste Management Corporation Florian Mitchel has called for the introduction of a system to allow householders to pay for waste disposal.
Mitchel says the system has been adopted in some Caribbean islands.
Mitchel added that the introduction of a fee for waste disposal is being discussed with the Ministry for Environment.
