A former chairman of the Public Service Commission says the appointment of over 60 non-established workers this week signals a new day for employees in Dominica.

Dr. Damien Dublin says the matter of regularizing non-established workers has been discussed over several years.

Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit announced the appointment of the workers this week and said other non-established workers will be appointed.
