A former Education Minister has pointed to the success stories of the Junior Education Program (JSP), which was a feature of Dominica’s Education System.
Sonia Williams told the Connecting the Dots Program, that the Junior Education Program provided opportunities for students who were not successful at the Common Entrance Exams.
