Businessman Kenny Green has defended the Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program.
His statements come following a call by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit in Antigua recently, for the Private Sector to speak out in support of the Program.
Green says the importance of the CBI to Dominica must be highlighted.
