The Inter-American Institute of Cooperation on Agriculture IICA has recognized Maureen Dominic for 4O years of service to the regional institution.
IICA is this year observing 4Oth year of existence in Dominica.
Dominic was recognized during an anniversary ceremony at the State House conference center this morning.
