Acting Superintendent of the Dominica State Prison Jeffrey Edmund says a massive program to rehabilitate inmates at the Dominica Prison is underway.
His statement came during a site visit of the Dominica State Prison by Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore and other officers of the Ministry.
