Police officer Joshua Hamlet has been charged and remanded in custody following the death of 16 year old Jerbiah Paul of Portsmouth.
He is the second police officer to be charged in the incident.
Hamlet was taken to court this morning where the charge was read to him.
Meantime , two men Shurlon Ryner of Mahaut residing in Sliverlake and Jamal Ismael Alexis of Silver lake have been charged with the 2025 murder of Jahyves Bruno and the attempted murder of Curtison Charles.
