Magistrate Michael Laudat has denied bail to double murder accused Johnathan Lehrer on a firearm trafficking charge.
The US born man was charged with firearm trafficking on January 15, and on March 6 his attorneys petitioned the court for bail, arguing that the charge was only brought against him by the prosecution after the High Court granted him bail for murder.
