
Chief executive officer of Discover Dominica Authority, Marva Williams, has highlighted the growth of the World Creole Music Festival, as the 25th edition of the event is set to begin this evening.
Williams told a press conference with artists at Goodwill parish hall this morning that the participation by patrons has shown marked improvements since the inception of the event in 1997.
Williams says the impact of the World Creole Music Festival on the economy is extensive.
Meantime, Eleven performers will feature on night one of the festival at 9 o’clock this evening.
