Chief Executive Officer of the Business Training Center, Lucia Stedman has praised the National Employment Program (NEP) for its role in developing skills among the youth of Dominica.
Speaking on the Ministry of Environment radio program on DBS Radio, Stedman noted that the program has also helped reduce the unemployment rate in Dominica.
