The new Mayor for Roseau Her Worship Lucy Belle Mathew says the council will take on land use, property tax and vending among other issues.
The Mayor made the announcement as she was sworn in yesterday, along with her other councillors.
She says they have listened to the concerns of residents of the city.

The 13-member Roseau city council is Mayor Lucy Belle Matthew, outgoing Mayor Ermine Royer, Moesha Joseph, Michael Moreau, Paloma Mark, Kenny Jno Baptiste, Quincy Angol and Sherman Boston as elected members.
Nominated members are Sonia Felix, Bertilia Bethel, Kelvin Rolle, Samantha Robinson and Rhoda St John.
