Minister for Education Octavia Alfred is satisfied with the ongoing works at the Goodwill Secondary School.
The Minister led a site visit to the Goodwill Secondary School this morning.
The Government of Dominica, in partnership with the People’s Republic of China, broke ground on September 6, 2023 for the construction of the new Goodwill Secondary School.
Upon completion the school will be designated a Center of Excellence for Technical Vocational Education and Training.
