Manager of DBS Radio Cecil Joseph has called for the reintroduction of a reading initiative among the OECS and, by extension, the Caribbean.
His comments came at the awards ceremony for the 2025 finalists of the DBS Radio, Felix Henderson, Ministry of Education, National Reading Competition, this morning.
