South Africa secured an unassailable 2–0 lead in the three-match T20 International series after defeating the West Indies by seven wickets today in South Africa, powered by a brilliant century from Quinton de Kock.
After winning the toss, the home side sent the West Indies in to bat.
The visitors posted a competitive total, led by Shimron Hetmyer, who struck an aggressive 75, while Sherfane Rutherford contributed 57 and Brandon King added 49.

For South Africa, Keshav Maharaj was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 22, while Kagiso Rabada and Marco Jansen claimed one wicket apiece.
In reply, South Africa produced a dominant batting display, anchored by a 162-run partnership between Quinton de Kock, who smashed 115 off 49 balls, and Rickelton, who finished unbeaten on 77. The pair ensured the chase was completed comfortably.
For the West Indies, Akeal Hosein picked up 2 for 41, but the bowlers were unable to contain the South African batsmen.
Following the match, West Indies captain Shai Hope said his team put in a decent effort with the bat but failed to execute effectively with the ball.
The two teams will meet again on Saturday for the third and final T20 International of the series.
