Discussions have begun on a way forward to prevent illegal chemicals from entering Dominica and the Caribbean by extension.
A two-day mission hosted by the Ministry of Environment in collaboration with the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for the Caribbean (BCRC-Caribbean) opened in Dominica this morning.
