Dominica is moving ahead to establish a Forensic Lab this year.
A Forensic Lab is a scientific facility where evidence from crimes is analyzed to aid in investigation and legal proceedings.
And Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore says there are plans to beef up the police force.
