Dominica is on course to finalize an agreement for the construction of a new Cruise Facility at Woodbridge Bay Port.
Minister for Tourism Denise Charles Pemberton made the announcement during a Cruise Stakeholders Symposium which was held at the Goodwill Parish Hall this week.
