Dominica has signed an Air Services Agreement with Qatar.
The agreement was signed by Dominica’s Minister for Tourism Denise Charles Pemberton at the 42nd International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Assembly in Montreal, Canada on Tuesday 23rd September, 2025.
A statement on Dominica’s Ministry of Tourism Facebook page states that this agreement strengthens aviation ties as the country prepares for its new International Airport.
It adds this agreement will open doors to greater global connectivity and growth.
