Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Small Business Development Gloria Joseph says Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the heartbeat of a country’s economy.
Dominica is today joining in the observance of the International Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Day 2025, under the theme “Enhancing the Role of MSMEs as Drivers of Sustainable Growth and Innovation.”
Joseph says the government of Dominica continues to advocate for an enabling environment where small businesses can thrive.
