Dominica’s Ambassador to CARICOM and the OECS Dr. Gerald Jean Jacques says local entrepreneurs can now expand their businesses to the three other member states which have signed on to the free movement of nationals.
Dr. Jean Jacques says the process has become easier, allowing entrepreneurs to take advantage of the incentives offered by the regional countries when transferring the business.
His comments came during a special program on DBS Radio.
Dr. Jean Jacque says conversations have begun to address concerns which have been raised about the process of opening bank accounts within countries of the OECS and CARICOM.
