Dominica’s Chief Scout Commissioner, Davidson John, says scouting is needed now more than ever to help deal with the issues facing Dominican boys.
John made the statement at the presentation of warrants ceremony to commissioners, presentation of beads and certification of trainers at Goodwill Parish Hall at the weekend.
