Dominica’s former Ambassador to the OECS and CARICOM says the decision by four CARICOM member states to begin full free movement is commendable

Dominica’s former Ambassador to the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) and CARICOM His Excellency Felix Gregoire says the decision by four CARICOM member states to begin full free movement is commendable.

Ambassador Gregoire is optimistic other CARICOM member states will join the process. 

Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Barbados and Belize began full free movement of their nationals effective October 1, 2025.
