Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr. Vince Henderson is hoping the Donald Trump administration in the United States will address the plight of the Cuban people.
The Dominica Parliament passed a resolution this week asking the US to remove Cuba on a list of state sponsors of terrorism and end the long standing embargo against Cuba.
