Minister for National Security Rayburn Blackmoore has apologized to innocent civilians who were affected by action of the police during a protest by truckers at Canefield last week.
Police used teargas to disperse protesters.
Some who were not part of the protest are alleged to have been affected during the discharge of teargas.
