Dominica’s Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit has told Barbadians that they are welcomed to live and work in Dominica under the full free movement of four CARICOM member states.
He made the comments while delivering the keynote address at the Delegates Conference of the Barbados Labour Party on Sunday.
