Dominica’s youth have been encouraged to create opportunities for themselves.
The call came from Minister of State in the Ministry of Youth and Sports Senator Oscar George, as Dominica observed International Day of the Youth on Tuesday.
Senator George said while Government will continue to create the environment for the youth to thrive, they too have a responsibility.
