The Dominica Electricity Services Limited (DOMLEC) is reporting an increase in fuel surcharge consumption for the month of April 2026.
DOMLEC’s General Manager Dwayne Cenac says several factors have contributed to the increase.
Cenac says this increase is expected to be reflected on the May bill.
