Dominica’s languages will take center stage when the 11th Annual E.O. LeBlanc Memorial Lecture convenes on Thursday 10th October 2024.
The Lecture which is part of the independence celebrations is being organized by the University of the West Indies (UWI) Global Campus Dominica in conjunction with the Division of Culture.
This year the lecture will be followed by a panel discussion.
