Five countries will be represented at the Miss OECS pageant in Dominica on Friday at Windsor Park Stadium forecourt.
They are Miss Dominica Kyanna Dyer, Timiqua Deterville of St Lucia, Mauricia Barzey of Montserrat, Shania Samuel of Antigua and Lisha Beache of St Vincent.
Pageant Director Romualda Hyacinth says the OECS pageant creates a platform for women of the OECS to improve themselves.

The five participants told the launching ceremony at the Old Mill Cultural Centre that they are honored to be representing their countries at the regional pageant.
