Former Director General of the Dominica Red Cross Mrs. Kathleen Pinard-Byrne has reacted to the Final Judgement in her Defamation Case from the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

Former Director General of the Dominica Red Cross, Mrs. Kathleen Pinard-Byrne, has said she feels vindicated after being awarded $75,000 by the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court for defamation.

Mrs. Pinard-Byrne filed her lawsuit seven years ago against the former Acting Director General, Jaslyn Salmon of Jamaica and the Dominica Red Cross.
