Four-time calypso monarch King Karessa is among 12 calypsonians through to the quarter-finals of the 2O25 calypso competition.
Karessa performed ‘HIDDEN CRITERIA’ to emerge as a leading contender from the eliminations on Saturday evening.
The others who advanced to the quarter-finals were Shadow Flow, Deros, SOUL PUSS, Luchous, Kalfa P, Mask Eruption,
Marshelle, Vigilante, Haxey, Lady Esse and Danyan
The reserves are JAMMA B, BINGO, and Prince of Peace.
