Head of the Adult Education Division, Carol Charles White, has raised concerns over what she says is the lack of interest from young people in completing skills programs that the division offers.
The Adult Education Division offers a number of vocational skills training and basic literacy programs annually.
Charles says the division is hoping that more young people will take advantage of the programs.
