Businessman Kenny Green has endorsed Dominica Labour Party candidate for the Roseau North by-election, Ashma McDougall.
Mr Green, the featured speaker at the national executive meeting of the Dominica Labour Party at Goodwill Primary School on Saturday evening, said Ashma McDougall, a former lecturer at the Dominica State College and businesswoman, has the capacity to represent Roseau North.

Meantime, UWP leader Dr Thomson Fontaine says the party’s candidate Danny Lugay is expected to perform strongly in the September 7 by-election.
