Head of the Adult Education Division Carol Charles White says programs being offered by the division have significantly contributed to the local job market.
White says young people who have been enrolled in Adult Education Programs over the years have either established small businesses or become gainfully employed.
This month, Dominica is observing Adult Education Month, under the theme: ‘’Empowering, Evolve, Excel: Lifelong Learning for a changing World.
