The police have confirmed that investigation continues following the shooting death of Clinton Austrie of Bataca who resided at Mahaut.
Austrie was shot dead around 12 o’clock on September 12 at Canefield.
His alleged shooter a St Joseph man who resides at Canefield, was taken into custody to assist police with the investigation, but was released on Sunday pending further investigation
Meantime, a 15-year old has been arrested for the attempted murder of Daniel Stephenson of Kingshill.
Stephenson who received stab wounds to his right thigh, left side of the face and left side of his upper back, was nursing his injuries at the Intensive Care Unit.
