Manager of the Community Hostel Inc. Grotto Home for The Homeless Annie St. Luce says she is committed to modernizing and improving on the quality of care being provided at the Institution.
St. Luce, the new manager of the Community Hostel Inc. Grotto Home for The Homeless, formerly served as Director of the Dominica Infirmary.
She is also making an appeal to the Dominican public to donate to the Institution.
Meantime, St. Luce says among the critical needs of the Home is medicated beds.
