Minister for Tourism Denise Charles Pemberton says Small Businesses are the backbone of Dominica’s economy.
Her remarks came during the official opening ceremony of the 8th edition of the National Development Foundation of Dominica (NDFD)’s Creole in the Streets under the theme “A Fusion of Tradition, Innovation and Commerce”.
